Double doors open into a spacious hallway with a beautiful spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms on the upper floor. From the hallway, access is gained to the very well-equipped living room, with sliding doors leading to a beautiful covered terrace and an extensive garden with views of the Tramuntana mountains. From the living room, sliding doors lead to an impressive dining room. A second set of sliding doors leads to the modern kitchen and breakfast area. A door provides access to the rear terrace of dining, pool and garden area: a fantastic place to eat outdoors!To the right of the entrance hallway, there is also a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the rear terrace. To the left of the hallway there is a separate WC and a large garage/laundry location.From the hallway, the incredible spiral staircase leads to a gallery-style landing area. On the upper floor is a double room with balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also the main suite, which has a flat-screen TV and a large dressing area with full-length mirror and plenty of space to hang clothes. Additionally, it has an en-suite bathroom with two washbasins, walk-in shower, bidet and whirlpool bath. Access is gained to the shared terrace, which offers stunning views of the countryside.
