"Room was minimal, staffs are rude and throw you surprising charges. I booked bigger room that comes with sofa bed. On the check out day, I thought check out time was 12 pm. The lady instead of keep knocking she opened the door, good that I put the chain. She said that I didn’t put my kids on reservation therefore I have to pay extra for them. I told her what makes you think why 2 adults would want bigger room with sofa bed?! Because of my kids I needed a sofa bed. Never coming back "

"Been staying here for 6 years and progressively has got worse and worse Room Charged 100 euro deposit for a mini bar accidentals when there was nothing in the mini bar No laundry bag for dry cleaning No robe No bottle of water Nothing in the bathroom "

"the location is great, with swimming pool (warm ) in the winter time. The breakfast is great, even with Prosecco. This hotel only a bit old and also the pillow is too soft, other than that the price is worth to stay. (although a bit expensive compared to the B&B nearby the station, but if you want to stay comfortable and quality, this is your choice)"

"It’s a great place for its price. A lovely location in the woods. Great for a relax walk in the area. Super clean. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast too. Twenty minutes walk to downtown. The only down side is that if you open the window, sometimes, a fly can come in because a horse stable is right next to it, but you won’t smell the horse. And I like horse :)"

"I love this hotel and have stayed there many times. Everything is clean and people are friendly. Plus this hotel is situated right by the old part of Bad Homburg which is lovely. The breakfast is wonderful and everybody is helpful."

The hotel room was small but comfortable, dining services weren’t at the restaurant but still a small comfortable space with several options, and the staff were amazing . Would stay here again! "
