Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was a little dated but huge, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well placed between the main shopping street and the station.

Rooms we're a bit small but very comfortable and well planned. Nice big windows for looking out. Noticeably missing was a coffee maker, only a hot water pot was provided with instant 😫 yuck coffee. No English TV programs, other than news, not even subtitles in English for German TV programs. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut, allerdings war das Badezimmer extrem klein. Die Dusche war eine Eckdusche, in der die Silikonfugen in den Ecken nicht mehr ordentlich verarbeitet waren. Aus meiner Sicht sollte das komplett erneuert werden, gerade in einem Premiumzimmer – wobei so etwas in keiner Zimmerkategorie vorkommen sollte. Negativ aufgefallen ist mir auch der Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Gefriergetrockneter Kaffee wirkt in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht passend. Eine einfache Lösung wäre, den Gästen während des Aufenthalts frischen Kaffee kostenfrei in der Lobby oder an der Rezeption anzubieten. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Parkmöglichkeiten. Durch das eigene gesicherte Parkhaus ist das Parken problemlos und sehr komfortabel.

My stay at Premier was fantastic. Check in was easy and very quick(helpful after a long morning of travel). The room was clean and exactly as pictured online. The staff was there to accommodate all requests for extra towels, directions to restaurants, and just general help. I especially want to that Micheal on the midnight shift. He helped me several times with the vending machine and was very friendly considering it was so late. I would definitely stay at premier again!

Die Zimmergröße und Sauberkeit war gut. Das nur warmes Wasser aus der Dusche kam und bei diesen Temperaturen über 30° kein kaltes haben wir reklamiert und soll auch laut Personal behoben werden 👍

Gutes Budget Hotel in zentraler Lage. Die Innenstadt mit Einkaufspassage und der Hauptbahnhof sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Congresscenter ist direkt gegenüber. Die Zimmer sind relativ neu und in good shape. Leider haben die normalen Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank, dafür muss man ein Plus Zimmer buchen. An der Bar kann man Eiswürfel holen. Frühstück wird angeboten, habe ich nicht getestet. Parken kostet aktuell 16 € pro Tag. Es gibt vor der Tür ein paar öffentliche Parkplätze mit Gebühr jedoch beträgt die Höchstparkdauer 3 Stunden. Ansonsten gibt es Parkhäuser, allerdings zahlt man dort in etwa das Gleiche zahlen und man muss zusätzlich hinlaufen. Übrigens es gibt noch ein anderes Premier Inn (Congress) in der Nähe. Der Abstand zwischen beiden Premier Inns ist nicht sehr groß, jedoch ist Premier Inn City tatsächlich direkt in der Innenstadt.

Wir haben zu Standardpreisen einen unglaublich großen Raum bekommen, die Einrichtung ist modern sachlich und neu. Das Bad ist angenehm groß hat eine wunderschöne große Teller Dusche und alles was ich mir morgens wünsche. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist weit überdurchschnittlich..
