「Excelente! Apartamento com tudo novo, boa estrutura conforme anunciado, anfitrião muito acessível e prestativo. Vi que alguém reclamou das portas/janelas estarem danificados, mas estão perfeitas! São modelos com vedação dupla contra som e frio e abrem em dois sentidos, horizontal (porta) e vertical (ventilação). Boa localização 10 minutos da estação de trem a pé. Não tenho nada a reclamar e certamente me hospedaria novamente.」

Par contre nous avons été extrêmement choqués de constater que la criminalité (dealers, prostitution, agressions,... et j'en passe, fasse partie du décor et, ce à tout juste 50 mètres de la résidence où nous avons séjourner et de très bonne heure il était 21h. 「Die Definition „gemütlich“ ist Ansichtssache… kaputte Rolläden, defekte Kochplatten… Sauberkeit von Küche, Geschirr, Boden und teilweise Mobiliar lässt zu Wünschen übrig…Das Bad ist neu und war im Großen und Ganzen auch akzeptabel sauber, sehr geräumige Dusche, aber komplett innenliegend ohne Fenster. Die Räume vermitteln den Eindruck einmal Büroräume gewesen zu sein, kahle weiße Wände, grelle Deckenbeleuchtung. Mobiliar sehr alt und teilweise versifft… Kommunikation mit Gastgeber im Vorfeld...
