Fabulous spa area that really couldn’t be faulted ( except a plan in English would have helped me navigate it). The treatments were wonderful and all three practitioners were top notch. Room and terrace were up to scratch but the bathroom was on the small side. Breakfast buffet was more that adequate. The staff were great. I’d love to return!

Lovely spa & hotel

We had a very nice visit. The spa is excellent, with many different saunas and pools. I highly recommend the salt sauna, where you can rub yourself with salt. Bring your own pool slippers! The hotel offers bathrobes and towels, but no slippers unless you buy them at the reception. The pool area has slippery floor, this could be a problem for elderly people so be careful! The breakfast was good, the beds moredate quality. The rooms were tidy, the atmosphere quiet and calm. The hotel is situated right next to town square, where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants. This hotel is an ideal spot for a relaxing romantic getaway!

Nice place central in the town. Just a shame it’s more a water park hotel for young families with children than a real spa hotel. Breakfast was good.

Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Tilat siistit ja viihtyisät. Aamiainen hyvä. Huone oli hiljainen. Miinusta huonoista patjoista ja tyynyistä. Ne voisi uusia. Suihkusta tuli aluksi vain kuumaa vettä, mutta ystävällinen henkilö respasta korjasi asian. Kylpylä oli meluinen ja siellä oli mahdoton rentoutua, vaikka ei ollut enää kesän sesonkiaika.

Spa agréable, déco old fashion

Hôtel bien placé dans la petite ville, avec un parking gratuit en face. De là on rayonne facilement sur l'île peu peuplée. Sur place tout se parcoure aisément à pied. Espace wellness très complet (piscines, hammams, saunas, soins, etc) mais bruyant à cause de la verrière et piscine un peu froide comparée au reste des bassins. La déco des chambres n'est pas du meilleur goût, certainement modernisée au fils des dernières décennies mais qui donne l'impression d'être datée par le choix des meubles, têtes de lits, tissus,... Cela reste confortable mais lit un peu mou à notre goût. Tarif pas en relation avec la prestation (465 € pour 3 nuits), même si le spa compense en partie. Il manquait des bouteilles d'eau, pas de machine à café ni bouilloire, impensable dans ce genre d'établissement ailleurs en Europe. Mais le choix local est limité donc... Joli espace petit déjeuner dans des caves voûtées.

Yhden yön perheloma

Hotelli sijaitsee Kuressaaren keskustassa. Pysäköinti kadun varrella. Huoneet ja koko hotelli sisustettu romanttisesti ruusu-tyyliin. Ehkä vähän kulunut tyyli, mutta kuitenkin joka paikassa oli puhdasta. Aamupala nautittiin tunnelmallisessa ravintolassa. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Lisävuoteella ollut lapsi oli huomioitu hyvin.

Hyvä hotelli kohteessa.

Tässä paikassa on mukava ja rauhallinen ilmapiiri. Palvelut ovat laadukkaita ja kylpylä erittäin viihtyisä. Saunamaailma tosi monipuolinen, erityisesti johdetut saunatapahtumat. Ja lähes kaikki kuuluvat huoneen hintaan. Huone oli tilava ja viihtyisä, laadukas vaikutelma kaiken kaikkiaan koko hotellista. Hinta/laatusuhde erinomainen. Mukava paikka pariskunnille ja perheille. Ylellinen pikku spa-hotelli

Oikein siisti ja vähän ylellinenkin pikku hotelli. Spa-osasto oli kaunis ja toi vähän Toscanan mieleen. Pidin kovasti höyrysaunasta ja suolasaunasta, etenkin sateisina päivinä spassa oli mukava oleskella. Kävin myös hoikentavassa vartalohoidossa ja kasvohoidossa, molemmat olivat oikein hyviä. Ravintola ei mielestäni ollut ihan samaa tasoa, kävin yleensä keskustan ravintoloissa, la Perla oli suosikkini.

Time for an upgrade of facilities

Hotel needs some pizazz. Getting old and tired. Same decor for many years now. Poor outdoor lighting and on-site parking almost impossible . Staff very friendly and kitchen staff especially so. Highlights are breakfast is bountiful. Ventilation is open swim area should be approved and someone needs to monitor pool seating to stop guests from leaving towels but never lay or sit not allowing other guests to secure seating

Очень красивый отель-спа. Чистые номера,красивый интерьер,отличный завтрак+холодное шампанское! Удобные кровати и подушки. Единственное, что халаты цвета очеь уставшей старой розы.Если Спа поменяет их на новые,будет замечательно. Из всех Спа на Сааремаа- этот лучший! Рекомендуем!

Todella laadukas hotelli aivan keskustassa.

Hotellin löytäminen oli todella helppoa, tie Kuivastun satamasta tuli suoraan hotellin eteen. Ei pidä antaa hotellin tien puoleisen julkisivun hämätä.Se on suorastaan luotaantyöntävä. Hotelli itse sekä sisältä että pihan puolelta on todella kaunis ja laadukas. Kaikki sisätilat ovat varsin tyylikkäitä, myös aamiaishuone joka sijaitsee kellarissa on historiallisella tavalla tyylikäs. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Kylpylän puolella en ehtinyt käydä, ikkunasta katsottuna se näytti varsin mukavalta vaikkakin pieneltä. Hotelli sijaitsee aivan Kuressaaren keskustassa. Hotellilla ei ole omaa parkkipaikkaa, käytössä on aivan vastapäätä oleva parkkipaikka jolla riitti ainakin minun vierailun aikana tilaa. Ainoan miinuksen annan huoneen vessan istuimelle jolla oli sen muotoilun takia epämiellyttävää jollei suorastaan kivuliasta istua.

Saavuimme spa hotelliin pyöräretken välietapille. Odotimme spa-kokemuksesta hieman rauhallisempaa, joten jos sinullakin toiveissa rauha, tämä enemmän serena-osastoa (paljon lapsia) muuten huone oli symppis.
