「The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive! The resort is in a fairly remote location however the resorts shuttle service will get you to some key places like Ubud and Sanur. The food was amazing. The pools were well maintained & you could order food and drink to the pool. The rooms were air conditioned, too.」

「Staff were fantastic . Unfortunately plumbing went awry and our.room stunk of sewerage, getting so bad we had to ask the move rooms. Staff were happy to accommodate this but we had to ask as the cleaning staff just acted like the room was fine. No hot water on the last day. Quiet and out of the way but obviously has both some teething and ongoing maintenance issues. These things ruined our stay there.」

「Amazing staff, awesome pool (with beautiful coconuts).」

「Above par hotel. Not impressed.」

「Room is bit small and blanket is not comfortable, and in general is acceptable. 」

「Pros - very close to the airport and free shuttle every hour - decent size swimming pool - restaurant food is ok but portion may be too small for some Cons - the shower design is problematic - the bathroom floor was flooded after use 」
