「When we first arrived, the front desk staff had absolutely poor customer service. Not helpful, rude, impatient. Thankfully, the other staff during the day and other evenings were wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and comfortable.」

「Pool drained, jacuzzi in room permanently covered. 70's carpet, but appeared clean. Outside doors do not latch--security concern.」

「Beautiful inside, nice pool, friendly/helpful staff. I think for this price breakfast should be included. Breakfast is $17.00 or $18.00 a person. We had a fun time at the Ohio Renaissance festival close by there. Not much other stuff around.」

「Entire property had a distinct odor throughout. Carpet pulling up in hallway and stairwell Roku tv that didn’t work.」

「Great」

「We had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous outdoor space for entertaining. So very peaceful. Would like to stay at their barn next time.」

「Shower/tub were very dirty, one of the bed spreads was visibly dirty/stained, and breakfast options were not attended to or replenished and hot items were pretty cold. Truthfully, it was overpriced for the quality...or lack thereof.」

「cheapest place around but we have gotten lots better for same price in different locations」

Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break. The thermostat was set on 68, which was too cold for us. It was programmed, so we could not change the setting. I...

「What a lovely place. The only possible improvement I could suggest is a waste bin in the bathroom. Super quiet, charming and comfy place.」

「No water one day and stains on the carpet, couch and bathroom」
