「Everything about this wonderful hotel situated in the heart of the Old City in Baku can be recommended. The staff were all very warm, friendly, most helpful, and professional. 「Excellent location in the Old City. If possible book the signature room with a view to the Maiden Tower. Good service, comfortable, spacious rooms and good though monotonous breakfast. Maybe a good idea to give some of the staff a crash course in English」

「Very close to all the shopping and dining options within a couple of minutes walk. Old Town is 7-min walk away. Reception staff and especially breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. The facility and rooms are spacious. Would definitely stay here again next time in town. 」

「Cozy and tidy place to stay, huge balcony is an advantage. Located in the middle of old town area with lots of night life activities, a bit noisy from the bars and restaurants around but bearable. Stairs are scary but staff will help carrying bags.」
