Martin’s Guesthouse

Martin’s Guesthouse is located minutes outside of the Village of Sackets Harbor, NY. Our modern two story vacation rental sits on the back of our family home, surrounded by beautiful trees and landscape. There are many gorgeous restaurants, village waterfront and boat launches minutes away. Martin’s Guesthouse would be an enjoyable stay for Cam Am weekend, lacrosse tournaments, graduations, local weddings, state park gatherings and weekend get aways!

Move to Ft Drum

Stayed at this beautiful pool house when we helped our daughter move into her apartment at Ft Drum. Location wonderful! House was beautiful and clean and very comfortable!! Was very relaxing after long days of unpacking. Sharon was super helpful with dinner ideas and very responsive to my questions. Wise Guys for dinner was excellent!! Will definitely go back!

Great place. Only complaint about the pool house. It DOES NOT have a kitchen. It has a fridge. No kitchen sink. We were planning a hanging out for the weekend with food and cooking. No kitchen sink. We did dishes in the bathroom sink. I may have missed this in the description. I don’t know. Plan on eating out for meals other than breakfast or sandwiches. Jason

Beautiful setting with great hosts!

The Pool House is awesome! Very comfortable, clean, well supplied, beautiful setting, quiet, etc……. Five stars plus for sure! The Martins are wonderful hosts. Very friendly, accommodating and just all around great folks! I’ll be rebooking for sure. Close to the beautiful town of Sackets Harbor and surrounding area. We had a great experience!

Wonderful stay and accommodating host!

Sharon was an excellent host. We were not able to arrive until around midnight on the day our stay began, but Sharon stayed up to ensure that we got all checked in and familiar with the place. Very comfortable accommodations and had everything we needed for the stay. When the hair dryer that was supposed to be in the space was not found, Sharon ran out and purchased a new one on very short notice! The pool house was just outside of town, but only a short, easy drive into the fantastic Sacket's Harbor downtown area. A wonderful place for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Short Mid Week 1000 Island Visit

We enjoyed staying here. It is off the 'beaten path" enough to not have to deal with crowds. But also close to many attractions. Rick did a great job telling us what to be sure to see in the area. The Pool house is very comfortable, all you may need was there. Our only disappointment was it is not available during the winter! Great job to the Martin's!

Amazing!!

We met Sharon and Rick on vacation in Florida earlier this year and came up to visit them! The pool house was an incredibly comfy and welcoming space while we visited with our friends. We were so grateful for the private space to retreat to at the end of a busy day exploring the upstate area. We can’t wait to come back again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We absolutely loved the space and comfort of it as well. Sackets Harbor was close and had great places to eat! The weather was rainly for some of our stay, but that did not dampen our enjoyable time there. Thank you Sharon!

There wasn’t a sink, no privacy host lived right there in front. Stairs to upstairs bedroom very narrow no door or AC in upstairs room. Refrigerator leaked causing a slipping hazard. We made the best of the stay most likely would not recommend to others.
