We stayed just for one night. The check-in was easy and staff was amiable. Our room was clean. However, it is still in need of continued updating. You could tell that ownership is working on this but there were glaring needs in our room. Table leg is broken, the inside of the entry door needs to be painted. I did appreciate the USB outlets which are often missing in older hotels.

Property was average. The beds were a little hard. The continental breakfast was terrible, there was little selection. They had bread but no butter for it. But the staff was friendly and it was clean.

We had a 3 day stay scheduled in advance. The soap ran out in shower the first day and was never refilled. (went and got a bar of soap at walmart) Make me suspect of everything if they have no reliable checklist that housekeeping follows. The breakfast was very substandard and sparce. No butter for the dry toast for 3 days, when asked, they smiled and shrugged their shoulders. i think we may have got what we paid for, but not, impressive or willing to reccomend.

 My only wish is that you would have allowed us the opportunity to address the problems you experienced before departing but I also completely understand your feelings. However, I am sadden to hear “Ghetto” as a term to describe your stay at a budgeted property you booked. At any given point in time you stayed, we don’t have any notes on your reservation or stay stating there was any issues. I would like to once again truly apologize for not exceeding your expectations where the entire property fell short is concerned. Have a blessed day!

The floors were dirty we had to wear socks to keep the dirt off or feet. The tub had har in it. The breakfast selection was extremely limited-1 type of cereal and no milk, dry muffins and coffee that looked like tea. The staff were very kind and helpful. The gentleman in the evening came up to our room to get the tv fixed-we had no cable.

Our hotel values your feedback and aims to provide our guests with a safe and comfortable stay. I apologize that the room or breakfast was not up to your satisfaction. We do provide milk for breakfast, I know it can be a little tricky, but there is a refrigerator and its always in there. Days Inn by Wyndham does not require the brand to provide breakfast, however we want our guests to have something before they leave! We don’t have a kitchen like Ihop but we do try our best. We serve breakfast blend coffee, which is on the lighter end but something we could work on. There is carpet in a few rooms but it was replaced less than a year ago. I will make sure to review your room and update it to the best possible terms! We appreciate you providing insight on what we can do to better meet your needs going forward. It is always our highest priority for us to ensure that our guests leave the hotel happy, satisfied, and feel safe at all times, I am sorry this was not that case during your stay.

Older hotel in beautiful Rocklin! Hotel is a little dated but great for the price. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Bed & pillows were decent. Has a pool and jacuzzi. I have no complaints!

Porch and stairs not as clean as they should be; gum and stains on concrete. Walls thin as we could hear people in next room talking when we woke up in the morning. Room was clean and bed comfortable! Price was reasonable. Short trip to The Venue at Thunder Valley for concert. Personnel were all very pleasant. 🙂

It’s an older property, but it was conveniently located with lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. We were just in town for a concert, so it was perfect for the price.

For a budget hotel, this place is very clean. The staff are very kind and helpful. It is right off Hwy 80 which makes it very convenient. This was our second time we stayed here and will plan to stay here again if needed.
