Our stay in Orangevale was wonderful! The house is extremely well appointed, even the kitchen! There is also a great little coffee/tea bar with a toaster and microwave. The bedrooms are all spacious and have LOTS of closet space. One bathroom (with the tub) is off the hallway and the other two are en suites with great showers.There is a fourth bedroom/office that has a desk and enough floor space to accommodate the futon that is kept in the master bedroom closet. The living room has a really nice, big L shaped sofa so even a group of 6 or 8 can easily watch TV together or just visit.Because it is December, we were not able to take advantage of the gorgeous outdoor space but we will return in the summer for that! There is a large covered patio area with a nice seating arrangement and gas fireplace. There is a large TV on the patio that would be fun on a summer night. That entire area is fenced, great for a family with toddlers. A lovely swimming pool sits on the other side of the fence from the patio. The gates lock and latch so it is very child safe. There is also a nice hot tub and a koi pond in the area. We saw 3 of the BIG koi, though there may have been others. And right now there are two beautiful orange trees loaded with oranges that the owner invited us to enjoy. We did and they were good!The owner was very responsive, the location very quiet and we look forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy the outside area as well!! This was truly a wonderful stay!!!
