"We visited the area for a music concert at the Beaver Dam Amphitheater and found this location to be an ideal place to settle back after the concert. The owner of this 30 acre farm lives nearby but not too near by. We texted at times ( like when the TV weathermen were explaining maybe to seek shelter, which the owner graciously offered. The treehouse is well constructed and besides a little creaking and a gentle bump, even when the power went out we were happy as clams. This property is RIGHT on the shore of a large pond and so yes, there are bugs ( Cicadas too!) and plenty of frogs to serenade you to sleep. Parking is 5 feet from the steps to the front door. We already reserved it again for another concert in Henderson KY so I guess that says it all."

"A beautiful park with 18-hole disc golf course, two stocked lakes for fishing, a swimming pool, a 1.25-mile walking trail, volleyball, tennis and pickleball courts, a clubhouse with meeting room, shaded picnic areas, and a miniature golf course is right out your front door but not intrusive. The host was very responsive and polite. There were treats left for me and my dog. The bed was very comfortable and it was great having a washer and dryer there to freshen my clothes. I would recommended this private oasis for anyone!"
