“This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly.”

“Staff was very friendly, room itself was clean the only downfall was that it smelt so strongly of cigarettes in the room which was supposedly non smoking it made the stay uncomfortable thankfully it was only for the night but we would not return. Parking was plentiful and it was located closely to lots of dining options as well which was nice.”

“Hotel currently under renovation. Breakfast was good and well stocked. I liked that they had the items on 2 different walls so never felt like you were waiting long. Pool was nice, gym was a little disappointing but not sure if that's due to the renovation or if that's how it always is. Lots of families there. “This is our 5th stay at this location. The room was clean at check in-great. On our last day the towels and trash were taken care of but the bed was not made. The set up of the room bed-tv-chairs and table was not user friendly. If you wanted to watch TV in bed you would have to turn the tv towards the bed to get the proper viewing angle. “Stayed on a Friday night. June 19th. Parking lot was full. Was on the 3rd floor. Nice room. Bathroom was well lit. Has a pull out sofa in the main room. Not very comfortable. King bed in a private room with doors to separate. Parents slept well. Only 1 tv in the private room. A little spots in the bathroom showed rust and caulk was missing around the tile base trim. Big shower with good water pressure. Refrigerator made noise throughout the night. 3rd wheel won’t sleep well for an adult. Weight……
