「There isn’t parking available at the VRBO - we had to park 3 blocks away from the place. There was an old building smell that caused my asthma to kick up. The stairs leading up to the 3rd floor apartment were scary. On a positive note the place is close to the pier and Commerce Ave and bars and restaurants. 」

「Everything about this unit and our stay was excellent. The location was perfect with walkability to many restaurants, coffee houses, stores, and other establishments. The penthouse amenities were very nice, and the views overlooking the harbor were second to none. Large, glass, full-length windows everywhere which made the stay a really cool experience. 「Convenient to Boothbay area attractions, and Harbor region. The unit was clean and had all of the necessities on hand. Was a great place for 2 people. Only downside was the inter-unit sound proofing. Could hear muffled conversation from next door unit, as well as late night footsteps.」
