「Was disappointed the front desk would not honor the $5 charge for a missing cup stated in their book in our room because they said the cost is $9.99 per the gift shelf price.
That made me decide not to go there again and I chose to leave it amicably」

「Had an event to get to for the day. Tried to check in one hour early to a 90% empty hotel (1:15 as opposed to 2:30) by doing paperwork but no access to room and they wanted me to pay extra $50. I declined, left event at 9p to check in then went back to event. Zero customer service. Poor business plan」

「Pros:
Grounds, golf course and dining room are all well designed and manicured.
King Sized Bed was very comfortable.
Bathroom is contemporary, large shower.
Cons:
Guest above me were very heavey footed walking back and fourth all night, then snored so loud it shock my bed. The outside patio light stays on all night and kept the room so bright all night, even through the wooden blinds because everything is all white.
In the morning a woman just opened the door, no knocking. Just walked in at 8...
