2/28/26 Scale of 1-10 it would be a 4 for me. PRO1- Lady at front desk during check-in was amazing! PRO2 - I called the day before arrival to make sure my request for conjoined rooms was accepted and it was! CON1- During that same call I was told the pool and fitness center was closed for renovations until further notice. I would’ve preferred an email or call since I was traveling with kids and it was very inconvenient. Had I not called I would’ve never known until we got there and it was already too late to book at another hotel because prices were very expensive at that point. CON2- 1 of my rooms had NO HEAT, long strands of hair in the shower and tissue in the toilet as if someone used it and never flushed. CON3- My other room had NO HOT WATER, it was barely luke warm, long strands of hair on the toilet and in the shower.

The room was clean, but small and wasn’t able to get a bigger room. I was also kind of disappointed there wasn’t a hot tub like it showed in the pictures. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.

This Hampton Inn was a disappointment! First, we were instructed to park at entrance 2 at the back. The parking lot was dimly lit. We unloaded our luggage and attempted to get in the back door, but our key card would not work. So, we drug our luggage to the side entrance and it was unlocked! So much for safety! Our room carpet was visibly stained. There were multiple spots on the walls that had been patched but not repainted. Breakfast was a disaster! There were plenty of tables available, but none of them were being cleaned. By 830am there were no scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, hard boiled eggs, muffins or coffee. There was nobody in sight restocking anything and the counters all needed cleaned. When I checked out there was nobody at the desk. I heard someone talking in a back office? but clearly their conversation was more important than checking out guests! Do yourself a favor and stay at the Comfort Inn around the corner!

The desk night clerk was very nice. However, he was smoking in the building. He came into the pool room with a lighted cigarette in his hand. The hallway from the lobby and the elevator smelled like smoke when we left the pool. Our room was neat and clean. But the door into the room was very damaged. It did lock, or I would have asked for a new room. The bathroom door did not lock. The breakfast was good. And there were plenty of choices of food.

I awoke in the middle of the night to find a large BED BUG crawling across my pillow. We had to pack our things and leave in the middle of the night. The bathroom in my room smelled unclean as well when i got there.
This is the Bed Bug I found crawling across my pillow. GROSS!

Hotel was great. Clean, well maintained, super friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Pool was decent for the kids. The only downfall is the fact they allow dogs, including Pit Bulls and Rottweiler’s. For that reason, I would never stay at another hotel that allows dogs. One of the Pit Bulls we saw at this hotel easily weighed 150lbs. No thanks.

Appeared to be very clean, but there was evidence of some ongoing renovation and remodeling. Ceiling in the bathroom has some watermarks. There was a sign at the desk, saying there might be a delay in hot water due to ongoing renovations. We didn’t experience any issues.
