Everything in the hotel was great except for the beds. I had a room with two beds. I laid in one and it was too soft and rolling over it sounded like springs were loose. (Not sure if they even had them.). I switched to the other bed and it was the same.

Renovating hotel. New management 1 month ago. High ladder almost blocking entrance door outside our room. No safety rails in bath tub/shower, bed uncomfortable, no kleenex at all, tv remote low batteries, no clock in room. Have stayed 2 times in the past, no problems. Will definitely pass next time ...

Beautiful place with an incredible view! Our family felt safe and comfortable the entire trip! The deck is very large and the beds are very comfortable! Will definitely book again!
