The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was old fashioned, but clean and cosy. The bed was comfortable. I like the location, as it was a walkable distance to everything. During my stay, from Monday thru Thursday it was quiet.

I entitled for a money back. Hotel management played loud music all night long and that resulted no sleeps at all. Especially when i had a day long driving job ahead of me. Once again they should give me a refund

Pleasant, clean and centrally-located
A small inn, very nice welcome and affable people. The room and premises are very clean and for the price, all amenities were provided. Local piano/karaoke bar, and the ambience was friendly and fun. However, we were lucky our room was on the second floor, as we could not hear the music, but it was clearly audible on the first floor. If you're a light sleeper, ask for the second floor from Thursday to Saturday. Bravo Auberge du Centre-Ville

We enjoyed the beauty of the building and all the renovations made. There was a beaufiful patio at the back. We missed a tv in our room.

Like: nice, clean and functional room. Dislike: Karaoke nights is crazy loud and you will hear from any room in this hotel. Can't understand why amateur (=poor quality) singing needs to be so loud???

Good location, very budget accommodations
Better breakfast than I expected because of reviews but you share a single bathroom and shower with an entire floor and the rooms are very small. If you get the right room, though, it isn't noisy.

We didn't stay in the rooms I had chosen because they were not at all as the pictures on Expedia They told us that it is because we choose economy rooms but there was no ezplanatation aboit economy: no A/C and no restrooms in the rooms

This hotel is situated in the center of Saguenay near many restaurants and terrasses. Also near the old port. The room was very clean an comfortable. The breakfast was very good and offered many choices.

Not the best location.
Staff was very nice from check in to early morning departure. Very pleasant and accomadati g. I arrived before check-in time and the room was quickly cleaned and prepared. The hotel location did not agree with me. I thought there would be more restaurants nearby.
