"Beautiful cabin right on the river. Loved the comfy screened in porch. The small village of cabins have good separation, and the patio lights give it a warm festive feel. Beautiful landscape surrounding each cabin. Our cabin looked like it had just been built. Highly recommend!"

"This is a fantastic cabin and a wonderful property! The listing is super accurate but I’ll also highlight that the kitchen is small but incredibly well stocked, the bed was very comfortable, and all furnishings were great. The screened in porch is fantastic (what a gorgeous river view!) and has very comfortable chairs to enjoy. The home was extremely clean. Wi-Fi worked well. There was a stand fan in the bedroom which was nice to have. Overall: this cabin (value, amenities, setting) truly can’t be beat!Some general notes if you visit: I’d bring a few throw blankets to snuggle under while out in the screened in porch in the evening. The lighting in the main room is only overhead and pretty bright; just an FYI more than anything. We really enjoyed this cabin and look forward to visiting again!"

"The McKenzie River house is right next to the river and all of its magnificence. Everything inside the house is there for you to enjoy the river and your stay. We are a group of plein air painters and this was our annual retreat.The wide deck above the river was very important to us to set up our easels for the views.The front wooded acreage was an alternate subject for our paintings. The sunshine through the trees beautiful.Tim was so reassuring and attentive, leaving flowers and wine to welcome us. Some of us enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor shower, and river swing. We cooked fabulous meals in the well appointed kitchen. The huge dining table was our gathering place.This was one of our most favorite places to paint outdoors."
