“Very very bad”

“Very dirty rooms. There was un picked garbage in the room. The fridge was totally dysfunctional. The air conditioning was not cooling to the set temperature. Breakfast service was acceptable. The parking was also ok.”

“The receptionist was very incompetent. We were given a fully booked room advertised as a sea view on Expedia, but none of the rooms had a sea view. The curtains didn't close the window, and the elevator lacked two buttons for going up and down. The pool was very small, with insufficient sun loungers, and the staff were very young and inexperienced.”

“The hotel was flooded by heavy rain and the elevator was out of service and the seats were wet and the reception was also flooded and there were no guests seats to set on it at the reception during registration process not to mention that the room door locking system was not available and the two manual room keys that I had received were like the master key that opens any of the doors. Which means non secure doors.”

“This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in travel. The staffs were so warm and nice that made us feel like home as always. The service and the facilities were flawless. We will definitely come again and recommend to all our friends. ”

“For anyone who wants pick up service to the airport please use uber or taxi app instead. The hotel taxi service might charge you extra depends on the taxi driver, due to lack of transparency”
