"Spacious for a family of 2 adults n 1 child. Child can sleep on safa bed. Has microwave, fridge and water boiler. Accessible from nearby MTR. Walking distance to nearby shopping district and ferry. The only bad thing is the intermittent very hot and very cold shower head. Bath tub a bit cramp for an adult. "

"Location is great, between Mongkok East and mongkok mtr. Many shops nearby. Opposite is Fa Yuen municipal building which has a market and library. However, the place is rather dated and needs more tender loving care. The room does not seem that clean, dusty curtains and stained wallpaper. There is no desk only small sidetables. Powerful hairdryer provided. Appreciate that hand and bath towels are provided. But no hand soap."
