Dear Dov, I'm so sorry to heart about your unfortunate experience with us. Please give us a chance to explain about the mentioned situations; 1.The family house, 2 bedrooms, is allowed up to 8 people for only 6,000 THB with a free breakfast for everyone, which is slightly the same price to other rooms when comparing with per person basis. 2. For the other problems; water leaking or the bed, we haven't heard any complaint from you during your stay, if we have a chance to serve you again, please do let us know immediately, we are very happy to assist you to make you have a wonderful vacation. 3. The internet, of course we have been very concerned about how internet is important to us nowadays. That why, we installed a FTTX hi-speed internet to serve our customers, and again if you have any inconvenience with that please ask us to fix that for you because we don't want to disconnect you from the social network. :( Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you ever have any questions or comments, or if there is anything we can do to help remedy your experience.
