"You know you read reviews and look at pictures before making a decision. I was going back and forth between the Reverie and Park Hyatt. Finally decided on the Reverie as it seemed a little unique and thought it would be a more interesting stay. Everything was fantastic. For us the hotel did not seem to over the top with its design, felt luxurious although I can see in a number of years certain aspects will have to be redesigned. As for any criticism it would be nice if the piano player near the bar played beyond 6:30pm. Would have been nice to have some quiet live music later into the evening."

"Sherwood Residence is as described. Room is clean, has laundry in unit, restaurant is very good, and property is very safe with 24 hour security. The best part about this property is the entire staff. All of them are very kind and helpful."

"I enjoyed the stay. My only negative is that I only had hot water one night. Maintenance came to my room at my request and fixed it one night, but I had the same problem after that for the coming days regardless of how long the water ran. I assume it was just my room if they could fix it at one point. "
