"This hotel provided excellent services from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, with a very nice view. The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. "This is a great hotel that has bigger rooms than most Japanese hotels. It’s very clean, modern and ample with enough stirgare and a little desk. Easy to locate, close to station and many options to eat close by. Staff is very friendly and provides recommendations around the city. I did not try the breakfast, but looked good to. This will be our go to hotel for any future Sendai trip for sure."
