“This was the perfect place for us to stay on a pre-Christmas trip to Quebec City. It was very comfortable for me and my partner and my grown son (2 bedrooms, 2 baths). All parts of the old town were easily within walking distance. We enjoyed the view and the kitchen facilities although we mostly ate out. The weather was wintry as expected, but the streets and sidewalks are well taken care of. Merci beaucoup!”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“I was there for one week to attend the Quebec senior games. The place was adequately equipped and clean. There were several small maintenance issues, burnt out lights, plumbing draining, toilet leaking, worn rug, screens missing and handles need replacing. The owner does not communicate through texting. This is a main floor unit so access is easily available from the back and front. ”

“Excellent stay, very spacious and close to attractions and dining. The only thing I would say could be improved would be coffee be supplied for the coffee maker.”
