「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast.
But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not????
Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...

「Gem in Old Quebec City! Great location in hisoric building just off Rue St. Jean. Room was spotless, lots of towels & 2 TV's - although entry was digital - staff was very responsive to all of our needs. Loved the modern amenities mixed in with authentic stone wall👍we will return 」

「The apartment is fabulous, so clean and neat. We were wowed by how beautiful it is - modern yet classic.
But the area surrounding has multiple homeless shelters and it felt unsafe certain times. We were yelled by a street musician/homeless person to fxcking go back to China on the street of the loft. I live in Toronto so not a stranger to homelessness and don’t live in a bubble - but the degree of problem here is still quite the shock. If you identify as visible minority please consider other...
