Dès la première ligne, il est indiqué que le logement est entier, premier mensonge. Ce n'est pas une villa qui est louée mais un RDC avec une locataire à l'étage. "The pictures in the description is misleading, I.e. the first picture of the pool is not on the property, but is situated two houses down the road on the owners property. What made us stay was the fact that we only had four nights and was having field days to Monaco, Nice and Cannes. Owner was friendly and very nice."

"We loved everything about the villa and it’s location. Close to Cannes and Nice but also well positioned to visit the interesting smaller villages and towns. Our daily walk to the lovely boulangerie was a treat. Mougins is delightful, full of sculptures and pretty shuttered houses. Picasso’s home for his last 12 years.
The swimming pool area was so well equipped with top of the range loungers and maintained twice a week. The views towards Cannes at night were spectacular. A nightly ritual...

"Endroit parfait pour un séjour détente au calme. Hôtes prévenants, attentionnés et très gentils. Nous avons pu profiter des espaces extérieurs et de l'annexe à la villa en toute tranquillité avec beaucoup de belles prestations. La piscine fut très agréable pour nous et notre fils. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir y compris pour voir Marie et JP qui sont super sympas. En plus la région est très belle et mérite le détour. Au plaisir !"
