Friendly and helpful staff including front desk, and concierge who offers great advice. House keeping staff should pay more attention in details such as replacing amenities etc. would be nice to offer two bottles of water ( instead of one ) everyday for double occupancy. ”

“Very friendly staffs and have various choices of drinks in mini bar. Overall it’s hygienic and the neighbourhood is safe and surrounded by good bakeries and restaurants. Slight noises between floors were heard but the hotel provided earplugs.”

“Cozy hotel, the room is small but perfectly equipped for our 3 nights stay. There are many restaurants nearby and it is only 10 minute walk to Chatlet les Halles station.”
