What an amazing find i did there by accident, i cant believe its a 3 star feels like a 5. The hotel is well located, plenty of free parking, room are well decorated and clean and modern amenities. Staff is amazing and friendly. I had the breakfast and i enjoy the fact they had eggs, bacon and more north American food on top of the typical European style food, all top quality. Highly recommended during your stay. The view from my room was what i needed.

The hotel is very nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to help us on our day trip and to book our train back to Paris. Our room wasn’t very big, but if your there just to sleep then it’s perfect. The breakfast is great! I would book again!

Perfect spot

This was a beautiful hotel with the kindest and most helpful staff. Very accommodating when we had to come in late. Wish we could have stayed so much longer.

We only stayed one night here but the room was lovely and very clean. It was a comfortable bed. Our welcome was nice and the breakfast was ample (eggs, bacon, crepe along with viennoiseries, yogurt and cereal. A few restaurants walking distance. Right on the water, beach town close proximity to Juno Beach.

The check in and out process was pleasant and simple. The hotel was updated, spacious and staff was friendly. It was a quiet stay, windows just need to be open because there is no air conditioning.

Beware!

Our room was 10.5 x 10.5! It was so tiny we had no space to get in or out of the bed. There were no amenities. No facial tissue, no air conditioning, no ice. to use the toilet you had to position your body sideways as there was no room for your legs to sit properly. Only good thing is the food was tasty. Would NEVER recommend this place.

The hotel has a nice location and staff overall is nice except the owner who was rude because we had some delay for check out. It was not necessary to be so rude and it really wasted our stay despite the overall nice hotel.

There was no one onsite after 9 pm at night. The hallway lights at night going to and from room I had to turn on myself, big safety issue in my opinion. These light should be on at all time and shouldn't have to be turned on by the customer. There was no amenities in the room, no coffee or tea. there were only 3 plug ins. I in the my bedroom and it was hidden behind a night stand the other two in the bathroom. There was no plug in by the desk.

Top mais WC vraiment trop petits.

Hôtel presque parfait a un détail près qui est quasi rédhibitoire : les WC sont mal placés dans presque toutes les chambres et font les frais de la petite taille des SDB.... Étant d'un bon gabarit je ne suis pas à l'aise et je fais régulièrement le choix d'autres hôtels pour cette seule raison alors que j'adore tout le reste de cet hôtel (qualité, déco, emplacement...).
