"Notre week-end s'est parfaitement bien déroulé. Sophie et FX nous ont très bien accueillis et nous ont donné tous les détails nécessaires pour occuper le gîte dans les meilleures conditions Tous les équipements décrits étaient présents et fonctionnels La canicule (19/20/21 Juin 2026) ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse mais nous sommes certains qu'elle est agréable dans des conditions moins extrêmes Nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésitation Christine et ses 7 amis"

"Pros: Location was excellent, right next to the Loire. Very peaceful in a village that has some amenities. We made use of the tabac/bar where the locals were very friendly. Also an excellent bakery and a cafe on the river (only open Thursday to Sunday and book in advance). Good base to explore local chateaux and vinyards. Top Saint-Benoit-la-Foret Hotel Reviews

Hotel Kyriad Tours Sud - Chambray lès Tours

10/10 Excellent

"Stayed here on our return journey from the Cahors.Hotel approximately halfway to Calais great location for a split in the journey. Hotel perfectly met our needs had a good nights stay parking was great and location brilliant for access to the city."

Hilton Garden Inn Tours Centre

10/10 Excellent

"Great hotel in a fab location in beautiful Tours, with everything in easy walking distance. The room was nice with an extremely comfortable bed and parking was easy (public parking under the hotel). The best part by far though we’re the people working there, so friendly and helpful and they all were fluent in English which was so helpful when we had an issue with our car, they found us a garage who could look at it that day. Don’t hesitate booking this hotel"

Quality Aparthotel Saumur

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent location in the heart of the city. Close to main shops bars and restaurants. Castle just 10min walk away. Didn’t tell you these apartments are in an OLD FOLKS HOME! Just a surprise!😂 Apartment spacious clean quiet well equipped. Central air con. Excellent secure plentiful underground car parking for €10 a night"

Relais St Eloi, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

8/10 Good

"We stayed as a family of four. There were building works ongoing, which we did not know about before, but were informed of immediately when we checked in. The dining room and bar were not available but the hotel did offer a breakfast bag option as an alternative. The room itself was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and there was aircon and a fan provided which was good. The bathroom was also very clean and well equipped. The location is great, a 10 minute walk into the centre of Tour and we managed to park on the street outside the hotel for free. We booked through Hotels.com and the booking said we got a free drink on arrival, we were not offered that but I assume that is because of the maintenance works."
