Appartement bien situé et bel accueil

La vue sur la mer et la proximité de la plage. La qualité de la literie dans la salle de vie. quelques ustensiles de cuisine à renouveler (couteaux de table, ...), prise de courant nécessaire pour brancher cafetière et grille pain en même temps. Le matelas est de très bonne qualité mais à la tête de lit, il y a un espace à la tête de lit (pour que le lit se plie dans l'armoire) qui est gênant. Lorsque qu'on veut s'adosser à la tête de lit les oreillers y tombent.

Excellent emplacement avec vue !

Une vue dégagée sur l’océan (superbe), un emplacement idéal pour marcher sur la plage située à quelques mètres seulement. Si on est bon marcheur, il est possible de se rendre à pied en ville. L’appartement est simple, la literie du lit escamotable est très bonne. Nous avons préféré, pour des raisons pratiques, laisser le lit ouvert durant notre court séjour plutôt que de le fermer et l’ouvrir à chaque fois. La praticité de la cuisine laisse à désirer. Attention au câble électrique du convecteur vers la baie vitrée dangereux pour de jeunes enfants (signalé). Le ruban adhésif posé par la conciergerie ne tient pas. C’est un électricien qu’il faut ou un bon bricoleur à défaut d’un artisan qualifié ! Que dire de la résidence, avec certains de ses balcons délabrés sécurisés et sa (fausse) impression (vu de la plage) de « bâtiment désaffecté »… Excellente conciergerie avec caution (dissuasive) et système de paiement sécurisé avec Tyllt (un peu complexe mais excellente aide du gestionnaire). La note est surtout attribuée pour l’emplacement et la vue 😍

Séjour à Saint Brévin les Pins

Petit séjour agréable passé dans un studio très fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Le personnel de la conciergerie est très sympathique et arrangeant. Logement à recommander.
