Appartement survendu et très très sale

L’appartement est joliment décoré mais il était surtout très très sale à notre arrivée : draps pas changés, traces jaunes et poils dans la douche très sale (c’était immonde et nous avons dû nettoyer ce qu’on pouvait, faute d’une intervention possible dans la soirée de la part du gestionnaire), vaisselle avec des traces de café et autre à relaver, escalier d’accès au logement couvert de paquets de saletés avec des toiles d’araignées, des papiers par terre. Il y avait une poêle toute collante et jaunie, inutilisable, et un cactus mort en pot… Dans une louche accrochée avec la vaisselle, il y avait encore de l’huile et c’était donc tout gras. L’appartement, situé à côté d’une station-service, donne sur la rue et les rails de la gare donc l’environnement n’est pas top. Le lien indiqué vers le guide pratique d’utilisation de l’appartement ne fonctionnait pas. En fait, on était tellement dégoûtés que nous sommes partis au bout d’une nuit et nous avons demandé un remboursement.
