The Space:
The chalet offers all the comfort for a perfect getaway in the heart of nature:

✔ Propane BBQ for your outdoor meals
✔ Indoor fireplace and outdoor fireplace (wood provided) for cozy evenings
✔ Board games, cards, and books for friendly moments
✔ Smart TV in the family room with access to Netflix for your movie nights

The ground floor includes:
- Two Queen-size bedrooms
- An open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a bathroom

Upstairs:
- A mezzanine with two twin beds and a comfortable lounge area to relax

Enjoy exclusive access to the lake with a private dock, outdoor spa, and wood-burning BBQ — perfect for a relaxing moment surrounded by nature. A kayak, a pedal boat, and a family-sized paddleboard are available for you to explore the lake at your leisure.

Upon arrival, you'll find plenty of space to park two to three vehicles.

Getting Around:
Summer Activities 🌞:
Enjoy private access to the lake with free use of a kayak, pedal boat, and family paddle board. Nearby, explore the Parc Régional de la Forêt Ouareau, Parc des Chutes-Dorwin, and Spa La Source in Rawdon. For thrill-seekers, try the Arbraska zipline, the Atlantide water park (aquatic park), or play golf at Rawdon Golf Club. Animal lovers can visit Familyzoo and La Terre des Bisons.

Winter Activities ❄️:
In winter, the Parc Régional de la Forêt Ouareau is perfect for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. For ice skating, head to Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson or Kinadapt. For skiing, several resorts are nearby, like Val St Côme and Mont Garceau. Relax at La Source Bains Nordiques in Rawdon.

讚好：整潔度
Excellent séjour ! Plage privée à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Pour les plus sportifs, vous pouvez vous y rendre en kayak ou avec la planche à pagaie. Environnement très calme malgré la proximité des voisins. Je recommande vivement la location de ce chalet à ceux qui aime la nature et la simplicité.
