We will be delighted to welcome you to the Saga du Filet, a large family house located 200 metres from the beach.
Ideal for large families, it has 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen and an 800 m² garden.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided, beds made on arrival, wifi, baby equipment, you will not lack anything!

This family house of 200 m² can accommodate up to 13 people and is arranged on 3 levels:

- Living room with a comfortable sitting area and a dining area with a cosy wooden dining table. The fireplace is not allowed to be used.

Please note that the 2 staircases are without railings.

You can also take advantage of the pleasant 800 m² garden, entirely enclosed. In summer, garden furniture is available (garden table, chairs, parasol).

Neighbourhood
Residential, quiet and family-oriented, the neighbourhood is ideal for relaxing while being close to the city centre shops (800m away, about 10 minutes on foot).
We recommend a few addresses to discover: La Belle Meunière (pastry shop), Le Truc Bidule (restaurant), La Marinière (restaurant), Le Jardin des Délices (restaurant), Le Bonheur est dans le Blé (Crêperie).
Lovers of outdoor activities will be delighted: tennis, golf, accrobranche, nautical club (boat, windsurfing), Mickey's Club for children, equestrian centre...

TGV Paris - Brest, Lamballe station, or TGV Paris-St Malo, Saint-Malo station.
Dinard / Pleurtuit airport (22 km) or Rennes Saint-Jacques airport (92 km).
Cycle tracks: a mountain bike network with 3 levels of difficulty stretches across the peninsula and is part of the department's "VTT 22" network.
Regular bus links (BreizhGo network) to Saint-Malo, Dinan, Lamballe...
Daily connections to the port of Saint-Malo from Portsmouth, Poole, Jersey and Guernsey.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Ma Conciergerie 22 (concierge / housekeeping service).
For your comfort, linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) and beds are made on arrival.
A welcome basket, made up of local and artisanal products, will await you to welcome you.
The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. The cleaning is guaranteed natural (black soap, white vinegar, citric acid).
Before leaving, please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
