The 43m² cottage is simple and equipped with all the essential elements for a pleasant stay. Entirely on one level, this seasonal rental has a 24m² living room with dining area, fitted and equipped kitchen, sofa bed (bed for 2 people 140x190cm), television.
Right next door is the 13m² bedroom with 140x190cm double bed, storage and television. The bathroom, suitable for PMR, is accessible only from the bedroom. It is equipped with a sink, a wall-hung toilet and a walk-in shower.

Outside, you can relax on the terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol.

2 other gîtes are located on the property (ref: H49G021269 and H49G021267). By reserving the three gîtes, you can accommodate up to 12 people on site! A reception room is also on site and can be rented on request.

In a laundry room shared by the three gîtes, you will find a dryer and a washing machine.

You will be located 5 minutes from the banks of the Sèvre, 10 minutes from the Château de Tiffauges, 15 minutes from Cholet, 25 minutes from Clisson, 50 minutes from Nantes, 1 hour from Angers. Take advantage of your stay to visit the key tourist places in Mauges and surrounding areas: Puy du Fou 20 minutes away, the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier, the Camifolia gardens, the Museum of Trades and Fashion, etc. Hikes to do in the area.
