不满意：沟通体验，服务设施
Very good location, but overall the experience was terrible. Poor communication, difficulty coordinating arrival and departure. The worst factors were these: apparently there is fine print in the reservation that states you will be charged extra (and expected to pay in cash) for use of towels and bedding. Absolutely absurd and I’ve never encountered this anywhere else I have stayed, which has been many places. We ended up bringing our own bedding which was a pain. We also just didn’t have hot water for most of the stay, the host didn’t respond to messages about this. Just get a hotel if you’re in St. Claude. They’re nice and a very convenient alternative to renting a place like this.
