Schönes, zweckmäßiges Appartement
Das Appartement liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage im Wohngebiet ist aber trotzdem nur ca. 5 Minuten vom Hafen entfernt. Gut ausgestattete Küche aber ohne Backofen, schöner Ausblick, großer sauberer Pool, eigener kleiner Balkon. Das Appartement ist nur über eine steile und enge Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Kleiner Supermarkt ca. 7 Minuten entfernt. Stein- und Sandstrand sind fussläufig in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen, allerdings nur an der Durchgangsstraße auf sehr schmalem Fußweg. Die Ansprechpartnerin für die Wohnung ist sehr hilfsbereit und wohnt im Souterrain des Hauses, eine Kommunikation ist aber nur auf französisch möglich. Um zum Pool zu gelangen, geht man einmal ums Haus herum. Garagenstellplatz vorhanden.

Superbe endroit avec une vue magnifique
Grand appartement avec tout le confort souhaité (et moderne). Emplacement de garage fermé super pratique pour éviter de surchauffé la voiture, piscine profonde (attention au jeune enfants), bien dimensionnée et bien entretenue. La vue de l'intérieur de l'appartement et de la terrasse vaut un 5 étoiles ! On ne se lasse pas des couchés de soleil. L'équipement de l'appartement est parfait (machines à café filtre ou Nespresso), micro-onde, lave vaisselle, machine à laver. Grande salle de bain. De nombreux rangements aussi. Je ne peux que recommander ce lieu. Attention, point négatif pour les personnes âgées : l'escalier en colimaçon pour atteindre l'appartement pas facile (surtout avec les valises).

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick mit sehr schönem Pool in gepflegter Anlage in ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern und einem großen Wohn-/Essbereich mit tollem Meeresblick sowohl aus dem Wohn-/Esszimmer als auch vom Balkon. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand (Sandstrand und Kiesstrand zum Schnorcheln) und dem kleinen Hafen von La Madrague. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt mit schönem Außenbereich mit vielen Liegen und auch schönem Blick, es ist eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre in der Wohnung und am Pool. Volle Empfehlung!

avais loué cet appartement pour mon fils, son épouse et ses deux enfants. Ceux-ci ont été ravis de leur séjour. bel appartement, belle vue sur mer, bien agencé, meublé et décoré. climatisation appréciable. la piscine partagée a été également très appréciée. près des plages. garage. tout est parfait. à refaire !

Sehr schönes Apartment mit traumhaften Blick über die "Baie des Lecques"
Das Apartment ist ideal für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Es hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und groß genug für die 5 Apartments auf der Anlage. Es gibt 2 Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe: La Madrague: 5 Minuten Fußweg, relativ klein. Eignet sich eher zum Mieten von SUPs & Kajaks St-Cyr-sur-Mer: 10 Minuten Fußweg, netter sauberer Sandstrand mit glasklarem Wasser. Man kann fast 100m ins Wasser gehen. Ideal für Kids. Zur Mitte der ca. 2km Bucht wird es steiniger. Hier gibt es auch eine Surfschule aber teurer als in La Madrague. Restaurants gibt es ein paar, aber recht teuer wie so üblich an der Côte d'Azur. Haben uns meist selbst verpflegt, was bei dem netten Balkon eh viel schöner ist. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Reicht für das Nötigste. Den größeren Einkauf haben wir im Casino Supermarkt in St-Cyr-sur-Mer gemacht. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Fürs Auto gibt es sogar einen Tiefgaragen Stellplatz auf der Anlage. Insgesamt ist das Apartment sehr zu emphehlen. Gerade für Familien. Man sollte aber wissen, dass man über eine schmale Wendeltreppe in die Wohnung geht. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. Die Matratzen im Etagenbett könnten mal erneuert werden. 2. Die WLAN Verbindung könnte etwas besser sein. 3. Kommunikation am liebsten in Französisch. Selbst bei englischer Anfrage. Eine englische Antwort wäre nett. Ansonsten kann man vor Ort mit Englisch das Wichtigste klären, da der Vermieter im Erdgeschoss wohnt.
