Waterfront with Spa and Lake Access

Summary:

Welcome to the Setting Sun : a cozy waterfront getaway with a private beach and dock. After a day outdoors, unwind in the private hot tub while watching the sun set over the frozen lake, or cozy up inside by the fireplace with a warm drink.



This inviting chalet offers three comfortable bedrooms plus a sofa bed, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups of up to six guests.



The Space:

Designed for comfort in every season, the chalet features warm, inviting living areas perfect for relaxing after a day in the snow. Large windows frame beautiful lake views, creating a serene atmosphere throughout the home. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals, while the living room offers a cozy setting for evenings together.



In winter, the outdoor spa becomes the highlight of the stay, offering a truly unique experience as you soak under the stars surrounded by snow and silence.



The dock, kayak, and pedal boat are available from June 1 to September 30. Inside, you’ll find inviting spaces designed for relaxation and family time.

Located in Saint-Damien, in the heart of the Lanaudière region, the chalet is surrounded by nature, lakes, and forested landscapes. The area is known for its tranquility, making it ideal for guests seeking peace, privacy, and a true break from city life.



During winter, the region is perfect for snowshoeing, winter walks, ice fishing (conditions permitting), and enjoying the quiet beauty of the countryside. Nearby villages offer local shops, cafés, and essential services within a short drive.

Getting Around:

A car is required to access the property and explore the surrounding area. Winter tires are strongly recommended between December and March.
