「Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang」

「This eccentric BnB is off the beaten path and quite delightful. No restaurants within walking distance, but there is a grocery store nearby, and our suite had a refrigerator and dishes. The property isn’t as tidy as in the photos, but it didn’t detract from our stay too much. The parking area is secured by a gate for which we received a clicker. Catherine served us breakfast each morning and it was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.」

「Le gros problème est la fenêtre, face au lit, est sans volet, ni rideaux.... Réveil obligatoire avant 6 h car reflet sur miroirs. Le parking pourrait réserver une place pour handicapé ou pour décharger les valises. Nous avons dû les monter depuis la route du bas, compliqué avec la carte et le parking plein. 」

However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. As for the room, look at the photo in the website: even a standard room has a curtain over the bed to soften the harshness of the whiteness of the room... it's not too much to ask to have the actual room match the one in the photo...
