A slice of heaven

After the hustle and bustle of Paris and London this was heaven… even for the kids! A cute little house 6min from Liborne and 5min from St Emilion and Pomeril with vineyards and Chateaus in every direction. During the crazy heat wave, this limestone house was cool and quiet, despite’s being on the road! And the table and chairs made breakfast coffee and evening wine taste even better. Good space for 4 ppl - kids slept upstairs while M&D we slept down.

Apartment felt and smelt damp.Owner didn’t let us know the hot water tank needed putting on for hot water. Kettle had no filter, full of lime scale. Cooker hood needed a very good clean. Felt I had to clean all plates and cutlery before use.

Bien placé mais au bord dune route très passante et un peu dangereux pour rentré et sortir. Logement peu aérer et menage a revoir ( toile daraignée, salle de bain a renover , machine a laver et seche linge qui ne fonctionne pas correctement...)

Un tres agreable sejour

J’ai passe 3 jours dans un tres agreable logment, literie de tres bonne qualite Le cadre autour de la maison est idylique noys avons profitez au maximun de l’exterieur Le ligement se trouve a 1.5 km de saint emilion ou nous avons passé enorment de temps 3 jours de calme dans un endroit magnifique Je recommande et je reviendrais avec grand plaisir a l’occassion

A part saint Émilion rien autour comme ville digne d'intérêt. Maison avec beaucoup de potentiel. Décoration d'un autre temps. En bordure de route bruyante. Belle pièce à vivre, belle cheminée pas mise en valeur. Sanitaires vetuste

Très déçu par ce logement

L'annonce et les photos présentes sur le site Abritel nous laissaient penser que ce logement serait la base d'un beau séjour de 5 jours. Malheureusement, la non propreté des lieux, la présence d'insectes dans le matelas d'une chambre ( punaises de lit ??, je suis boursouflé de partout !) nous ont obligé à raccourcir notre séjour. Je ne comprends pas le classement 3 étoiles de ce logement totalement surclassé. A noter également que la sortie du jardin sur une route hyper passante est très très dangereux, pas aidé par un portail capricieux. Afin d'éviter des déconvenues à de nouveaux loueurs, je me sens dans l'obligation de signaler cet état.
