Villa Fauquié - A unique wooden house in the south of Dordogne with heated pool
Spacious, with warm wood atmosphere. This spacious 240 m² house entirely made of wood is located in St-Etienne de Villeréal, in the department of Lot-et-Garonne, at the hearth of the Pays des Bastides, near Dordogne exceptional natural sites.
A large kitchen and an attractive living area are in the centre of the house, with direct access to the terrace. On ground floor you can find also a living room, a small lounge with television, a bedroom with shower area, a laundry with all household equipment, as well as the cloakrooms.
On the first floor there are 4 ample air-conditioned bedrooms and one independent bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a dressing room, a private bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a tv.
Every room has access to terrace or balcony with countryside views.
Take a swim in the private heated pool or enjoy the large terrace and garden. When the night comes, enjoy the beautiful country-side sunset, with a glass of Monbazillac or Bergerac rosé.
You will enjoy a pleasant stay in a quiet environment where quality of life and peace of mind predominate.

Une superbe maison, très bien agencée à l'intérieur; tout confort et avec plusieurs espaces exterieurs pour évoluer au cours de la journée, très belle piscine..
