Great location outside St Etienne. Very comfortable and clean. Great food and good breakfast but a bit expensive. Golf course looks good as well.

A great discovery just off Saint-Etienne

We stop half way on the road from Canne to Blois and were delighted to have chosen Hotel du Golf. A most corteous and professional welcome to a spotless and comfortbale hotel which we had chose due to its restaurant service for dinner.....and we were happily surpised by the quality and variety of the menu served by a very friendly team in most pleasant surroundings. Well woth a visit.

Rugby World Cup overnight stay

Excellent little resort - great restaurant on site near a lovely swimming pool. Rooms very nice, wet room bathroom. Bit of a delay on check in due to large number of people attending at same time, but restaurant staff very busy but very friendly. Food excellent.

Chambre qui ne représente pas un hôtel 4 étoiles. Décoration de goût moyen, propreté mitigée. Vieux meubles en état plus que moyen .. Un peu déçue de cet hôtel, je ne cache pas que j’ai connu des hôtels 3 étoiles plus propre et plus sympathique que celui là.

En vrac : hôtel quasi vide mais chambres affectées qui donnent sur l'arrière de l'hôtel (toits des cuisines, vue bouchée à 20 m vs vue sur le golf et les montagnes en façade), du coup odeur de graillon dans la chambre. Meubles de la chambre abimés par les années, une partie étant inutilisable (ancien emplacement réfrigérateur). Chevet ridiculement bas par rapport à la hauteur du lit. La porte de douche posée sur la baignoire n'est pas assez large. A côté, la piscine n'est pas chauffée (resté 10 min dedans fin juillet...), douche piscine ne fonctionne pas (il faut aller dans la douche des toilettes qu'on a trouvée tous seuls). Literie très bonne, chambre propre. Restaurant très bien. Au général, une promesse globalement non tenue. Des 2 étoiles font mieux.

Bel hôtel avec vue magnifique

Personnel accueillant et dévoué. Si nous avons trouvé la chambre un peu petite par contre la propreté est irréprochable, la literie de très bonne qualité et le calme de l'hôtel permet de prendre un bon repos. Cet hôtel est à recommander pour son emplacement, sa piscine au bord de laquelle sont servis petit déjeuner et repas. Une vue magnifique sur le golf et les lumières de Saint Etienne. Un air de vacances bien appréciable !

Magnifique

Magnifique séjour dans le meilleur hôtel de Saint-Etienne, la suite était spatieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire ,la vue sur le golf était incroyable. Le restaurant à la hauteur de l'hôtel. Je recommande vraiment et reviendrai si un jour je séjourne à Saint-Etienne

Leuk hotel, een beetje verstopt op een heuvel in een rustige omgeving. Kraaknette en ruime(bad)kamer. Vriendelijke ontvangst door Sarah bijgestaan door hoffelijke collega's. Kraaknette en ruime (bad)kamer met kitcherige accessoires. Nog te vermelden het uitgebreide ontbijt met de Sempa-fruitpers als blikvanger. Niet gegeten in het restaurant.

Déçu car ma chambre était à côté de l’ascenseur et le mécanisme et/ou moteur était bruyant : résultat : endormi tard et réveillé de bonne heure. Malgré que la salle de bain soit équipée d’une baignoire : impossible de prendre un bain car il n’y avait pas de bouchon pour conserver l’eau dans la baignoire. La pomme de douche était à moitié bouchée voir au 3/4 par le calcaire certainement. Déçu pour un hôtel 4 etoiles

très bel hotel, bien situé, a quelques minutes du centre, l'accueil est très bien, la déco est moderne, grand parking, les chambres sont grandes, avec des grands lits, salle de bain confortable, et toilette séparé. un bon hotel que je conseille
