Front desk manned 24 hours. Staff friendly and helpful. Room is made up daily. We stayed on 5th floor in a nice large room. Elevator works well. Weather was cool so we didn't use the AC or heat. We didn't buy the breakfast. Location is great in the 1er arrondissement; walking distance from the Louvre and the Chatelet/Les Halles metro station. Lots of cafes nearby. Supermarket (G20) at rue Louvre intersection with rue Berger. Would stay again.

The Relais Du Louvre had a very convenient location near the Louvre, a block from the Seine and Pont Neuf, and near a Metro stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. It was a great choice for my Paris adventure with my sisters. I highly recommend it.
