This 60m² flat is located on the ground floor of Villa Louizanne and has a private terrace and garden.

Description:
- 1 bedroom (14 m²) with a double bed and big wardrobe
- 1 bedroom (12 m²) with 2 twin beds and big wardrobe
- Bathroom with shower, toilets
- Large room (30 m²) with open kitchen fully furnished (sink, fridge and freezer, washing machine, cooking plates, oven, microwave, china, cutlery, dishes), a high dining table with6 chairs, a sofa, low table and flat screen.

The private terrace and garden are furnished with a table, 6 chairs, parasol and 2 sunbeds

The flat should be clean on departure. If you do not want to clean it yourself, you can order this service on arrival for 60€ supplement.

Formidable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances. Logement propre très bien situé (tout se fait à pied, commerces, plage etc) L’accueil est sympathique et la communication facile avec la personne qui nous a reçu.
