We hired a private chef to prepare our dinners, and he found the kitchen fine for his needs, and he was able to access the property while we were gone with no issues. "Stayed for a solo St Therese pilgrimage. Centrally located hotel near many shops and restaurants and 15 minute walk from train station. It's next door to Cathedral of St Pierre and a 10-15 minute walk from the Carmel of Lisieux, the Basilica of St. Therese, and Les Buissonets (all in different directions). Nice breakfast and friendly staff."

"Staff absolutely terrific. Breakfast all you can eat for three hours with a lot of possibilities. Endless teas/coffee/juices. Only a fifteen minute walk into downtown Deauville. Next to two supermarkets, a steakhouse & a Chinese restaurant before even walking into Touques. If I could give 10 stars, it would not be enough!!!"

"When we booked we sent a message asking if we would be able to check in at 23.30hrs butt we never received a reply. When we arrived we were unable to access the car park as the gate was locked. We had to wait for an existing guest to return home. We were able to check in at a 24hr kiosk but still had no code for the gate. An email in advance would have been appreciated and very helpful. Thankfully another guest let ys in the gate. Room was clean, quiet and adequate. "
