Really enjoyable week in St Germain sur Ay!

Everything about our stay was lovely! David, the property manager, was kind and helpful when we arrived. The house was exactly as listed and very comfortable. Having the lovely beach so close was wonderful! The area around the villa is charming and there is plenty to see and do. We were also incredibly lucky with the weather - it was sunny all week, although there is a breeze to contend with! I can highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a break in Normandy.

Lovely property close to the sea in Normandy

Excellent place for a week with the family. Facilities good. We all loved the jacuzzi. Off road parking and really convenient location for visits to the Normandy beaches, Mont St Michel, Granville etc Lovely beach and dune walks locally and reasonably close to good supermarkets. Next time we'll remember that shops have different closure times to ours. Only downside was steepness of stairs but our senior was glad of the downstairs bedoom

Leuk huis op heerlijk plek

Leuk huis op geweldige plek. Nagenoeg aan het strand. We hebben heerlijke wandelingen gemaakt en genoten van het uitwaaien aan zee. Huis was schoon en verzorgd. De jacuzzi was echt een enorme plus, hebben we enorm van genoten. Kinderen vonden het geweldig! Alleen de bedden boven kunnen wel een upgrade gebruiken. En onhandig dat badkamer achter een slaapkamer is. Ontvangst was prettig en vriendelijk.

Het huisje was oké, maar erg overprijsd. Niks te doen in de omgeving. Minstens één uur rijden voor leuke activiteiten. Ruime jacuzzi met zwemfunctie, maar TE VEEL chloor. Verouderd onderhouden huisje. Badkamers waren onpraktisch gelegen in het huisje (als doorgang of achter 1 slaapkamer).

Maison très propre et agréable à vivre à deux pas de la mer

La maison est plus spacieuse que les photos ne le laissent penser, elle est située vraiment à deux pas de la mer, idéal pour les baignades et les couchers de soleil. Il y a beaucoup d'espaces possibles pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis entre le salon, les deux terrasses et le coin apéro prévu près du grand jacuzzi. De très nombreux rangements sont aussi à noter et le barbecue est facile et agréable d'utilisation. Nous vous recommandons cette maison pour découvrir le Cotentin ou les plages du débarquement.

L annonce correspond tout à fait à la réalité, vraiment proche de la mer avec deux terrasses spacieuses, maison propre, lumineuse et bien équipée.. secteur très calme. Heerlijke week!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het huis is schoon en netjes. Badkamer en toilet beneden zijn nieuw. De kinderen hebben zich prima vermaakt in het zwembad dat heerlijk verwarmd is. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt op het strand. Kortom een top vakantie gehad!

Un endroit magique en bord de mer

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille. David est un hôte exceptionnel et d’une grande gentillesse. La villa est idéale pour se ressourcer . Située proche de la mer, son emplacement est parfait pour faire de grandes ballades sur des plages magnifiques .Nous avons vraiment tous apprécié de pouvoir nous prélasser dans le spa de nage en rentrant de nos escapades . Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine de vacances en famille dans la maison de Noémie et David. L’accueil de David a été très sympathique et convivial. Great vacation in wonderful location

We, 4 persons family, had a great week in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay. The house was clean and near the beach. The Times, when the water was away (but not too far away) due to the tide, we relaxed togetger in the big jacuzzi. We enjoyed guided Jet Ski, visited Utah Beach (2nd World War Museum) and saw dolphins when we travelled to pretty island Chausey. Thanks to Noe and David for the patience answering my questions. In sum a more than great vacation.

Eine wunderbare Woche am Meer

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche Familienurlaub in dem schön und klar eingerichteten Haus von David und Noemie verbracht. Bis zum Meer und dem riesigen Strand des netten Ortes St. Germain sur Ay /Plage sind es nur ein paar Meter zu Fuss. Auf den zwei Terrassen des Hauses kann man wunderschön in der Sonne liegen oder draußen essen. Den Grill haben wir eifrig genutzt. Wenn der Wind draußen kühl war, konnten wir im Swim Spa, einem riesigen Whirl Pool, entspannen. Der persönliche Empfang durch den Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und herzlich und alles wurde gut erklärt. Eine gute Flasche Cidre lag schon als Gastgeschenk im Kühlschrank. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns stets an die Gastgeber wenden und uns wurde per Telefon oder email direkt geholfen. Wir können die netten Gastgeber und die schöne Location in super Lage am Meer nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Stefanie, Walter und Söhne
