「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon walking in you see the lobby and kitchen with trendy vibe. Front desk and restaurant staffs were all friendly and professional and efficient. The room is very clean and modern, also equipped with special lighting called Luminotherapy which I found very interesting. Public indoor jacuzzi was nice. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and , if I had to nitpick would be saying hi to customer when in the hall way. I would definitely stay...

「The shuttle bus driver that day (11th morning) is a racist. There were altogether two passengers on the bus (including me). The driver kindly asked another passenger at which gate he would like to alight. Then, when arrived, that passenger alighted and gave the driver tips. The driver then shouted at me: “you, get off here!” And then asked me, “any tips?” Of course in this case, I would not tip. I didn’t answer and simply alighted there as he said. And then he said, “fxxking Asian”. Hotel staff...

「Very clean, comfortable bed, but the parking lot is a bit crowded」

「The location is ideal. Walking distance to everything from shopping, metro subway orange line, restaurants and entertainment. Staff were beyond helpful and spoke both French and English, room was very spacious and clean and check in and out was fast. The pool, hot tub and sauna is a must!」
