Het huis was in redelijke staat. was aan de oude kant en niet super proper. Daarnaast was het wel verschieten toen we de afrekening kregen van de verwarming. Deze werd per uur (!) aan een hoog bedrag aangerekend. Wat ervoor zorgde dat het toch wel een duur weekend werd achteraf gezien. Wij wisten niet vooraf dat dit per uur zou aangerekend worden. Wij vonden dit niet correct. Wij gaan hier niet meer terug.
