"We loved our stay in this chalet. Cristel was so lovley to deal with and very kindly awaited our arrival, which was very late from the UK at night. She kindly provided us with some local snacks and went out of her way to get milk we had requested for our arrival for a long awaited cup of tea for my husband after a long day travelling! "Comfortable well equipped chalet. We were a group of 8. Plenty of room for socialising together. This might be tight if the chalet was full. Watch out for the steep staircase and low ceilings upstairs. These would be better as children’s rooms rather than for adults."

"Leuk verblijf. Buiten ruimte heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Grote tafel! Mooie sauna. 3 douche ruimtes zijn erg fijn. (Boiler was wel snel leeg) Goed en snel contact met de eigenaar en agentschap. Ook in het Engels 👍 Helaas was de piste richting het huis niet open. Wij vonden dat er erg veel persoonlijke spullen waren blijven staan in het huis. Grote kast die op slot kan is een goede optie zijn"

"Family of 5, skiing for 9 days. It’s a short drive to the gondola, and then so easy to access the 3 valleys. The house felt about right for us. Jeremy was responsive and proactive. E we forgot to bring towels so he went home and brought back some of his own for us to use. We had a problem with the oven which he quickly sorted (a brand new replacement). Many thanks!"

Good mountain retreat
"Nice Alpine hotel. Comfortable rooms . Excellent service at the reception. The staff at the reception go the length to help u out to ur every need. Although There is one particular male staff member who needs to get his act straight. He is in the restaurant. I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced. The food was good. Its the whole experienc and service i have been through is still shocking for this 5 star hotel. He certainly doesnt deserve to work here and certainly the customer doesnt need to be put through such racist experience after paying 5 star price at a 5 star hotel. Other than this unfortunate staff member at the restaurant, everything else was good. The spa was very relaxed and the staff was very polite and helpful there. "
