- a kitchenette equipped with a stove 4 ceramic hobs, oven, table top refrigerator, microwave and washing machine
- a bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilets
- Private cellar n°12 in the basement
Carpark of the residence, gondola and shops nearby.

The apartment is equipped with blankets, crockery and kitchen utensils.
It does not include linen, nor towels.
Cleaning at the end of the stay is made by the tenant
