“Das Appartment war trotz Bestätigung für uns nicht verfügbar. Es war einfach niemand da! Es ging niemand ans Telefon oder hat auf mails reagiert. Die Wihnung lag im dritten Stock, das Treppenhaus wirkte sehr runtergekommen und roch gar nicht gut.Wir sind also umsonst angereist. Da Hochsaison war, haben wir auch nichts mehr woanders gefunden. Der Urlaub ist somit ziemlich ins Wasser gefallen.Fewo hat uns die Miete aber nach viel, viel Telefonierei voll erstattet. Trotzdem: wir hatten keinen……

“Beautiful house in a stunning location. Close to all the D day landing beaches and museums and the Bayeux tapestry. Port en Bessin is a lovely town with some great restaurants and shops within minutes walking from the house. Parking was no problem and we even managed to get our large car into the garage, just. “We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. The kitchen had basic cooking supplies but mostly what we needed. I did not realize when I booked the property that if we only had 7 people one of the bedrooms would be locked and not usable. It worked out fine but if I had known that I probably would have booked a different property. There was a bit of confusion about the pool being swimmable when we arrived.
